Where do we go when we've gone all we can?
When we're at the end of the road
And no new one begins?
Where do we travel at the edge of the path?
Where do we walk when no walkway 's ahead?
Where do we step when no way has been cleared?
When the worn and tried footing is no longer there?
When the paths that are traveled lay behind us its sure:
We may tremble and worry
That our journey's in vain.
We may turn back and yearn
For those simpler days.
We may foolishly hope
If we stand still this long
Somebody new will come
Plodding along;
Somebody will come and we'll follow their steps.
If you are to follow, than follow away!
But why were you brought to the end of the way?
Possibly, (could it probably be?),
You were brought to the end to begin.
Step out in faith.
Lead a different movement.
Forge a new way.
Don't get comfortable.
Don't live complacent.
